Arkocápsulas® Omega 3 (Fish Oil)

Arkocápsulas® Omega 3 is a food supplement based on Omega 3 fatty acids obtained from fish oils. Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Decosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) present in fish oil contribute to the normal functioning of the heart, while DHA also supports brain function.

How to Use:
Take 4 capsules per day: 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 capsules at dinner, with a glass of water.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

Recommendations:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
