How to Use:

• Open the belly band completely and place it on a flat surface, such as a bed, with the fabric facing up and the Future label on top of the opposite side.
• Lie on your back on the abdominal strap, positioning it so that it covers your abdominal area. Make sure the band is centered under your back.
  With your right hand, pull the right side of the band over the abdominal area or over the surgical dressing.
• Exhale completely to get as much air out of your lungs, which will help achieve a tighter, more comfortable fit. With your left hand, pull the left side of the band over your abdomen and secure it to the right side using the Hook and loop (velcro) fasteners.
• Adjust the band as needed to ensure it is snug but comfortable.
• Make sure the band is not wrinkled and adequately covers the abdominal area.
