How to Use Nipple Trainers:

Fit the silicone membrane to the outer shell.
Place the nipple former inside the bra, with the membrane opening centered over the nipple.
The ventilation holes must face upwards to allow air circulation.

Cleaning and maintenance:

• Initial and Daily Disinfection: Boil the pieces for about five minutes before first use and once a day thereafter. If you prefer, you can use a microwave disinfection bag.
• Cleaning after Use: Separate the parts and wash them with a mild cleaning solution, rinsing well and drying on a clean cloth.
