Precautions

Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not recommended if taking antidepressants, antiparkinsonian drugs (rasagiline, selegiline) and analgesics (tramadol). Not recommended in children.

• Melatonin - 1.5 mg;
• 5-HTP (Griffonia simplicifolia) - 15 mg;
• Lavender extract (Lavandula pedunculata) - 6 mg;
• Rosemary extract (Rosmarinus officinalis) - 6 mg
