Win-Fit Glucosamine is a unique combination of glucosamine, chondroitin, ginger and dog rose, MSM, collagen, vitamins and minerals, to strengthen joints. Impact sports, age and excess weight cause wear and tear on cartilage and joints, leading to muscle stiffness, reduced mobility and even injuries. Type II collagen, glucosamine and chondroitin sulfates are necessary for cartilage regeneration and to increase joint lubrication and flexibility. MSM reduces joint discomfort and ginger and rosehip extracts have anti-inflammatory effects.

Recommended use

1 to 2 tablets per day, after one of the main meals

Precautions

Mild gastrointestinal reactions may rarely occur. Not recommended for children and adolescents. Caution is recommended when taking Methotrexate. Caution is recommended when taking anticoagulant medications (warfarin). Not recommended if you are allergic to shellfish or their derivatives. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
