JUMBO contains our “6-CARB” carbohydrate blend that includes oat flour, Palatinose™ and Waxy maize. Waxy maize is a patented high molecular weight carbohydrate that is unique as it is specially processed to provide a completely different molecular profile to the sugars (e.g. glucose or fructose) and maltodextrin found in many products. The additional “JUMBO” ingredient matrix delivers a high dose of our patented “CREA-BOMB” multivector creatine matrix. It has been scientifically demonstrated that a minimum daily intake of 3 g of creatine improves physical performance in successive series of brief, high-intensity exercises such as weight training and interval cardiovascular training*. Additional amino acids have also been added in addition to those that already come with the protein, including essential amino acids. In the "support complex" you will find magnesium in a dose that contributes to normal protein synthesis, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal functioning of the nervous system (neurotransmission and muscle contraction including the heart muscle), to normal energy metabolism , for electrolyte balance, for the maintenance of bones and teeth in normal conditions and which contributes to the cell division process*. How to Use:

Mix 1 serving (220 g) in 400 ml of liquid and preferably take it immediately after training.
